The Havre de Grace Colored School Museum and Cultural Center (HCSMCC) celebrates the legacy of those that advocated for equitable access to education for African American students in Harford County. Projects with the HCSMCC include organizational development, grant writing, exhibition design, and pk-12 educational programs and events.
